While I get this stupid computer working again (which is lookin’ pretty good), you get to check out some guest strips that were sent in for this Déjà Vu story thing I’m trying to buy some time with.  First up is one my buddy Flup.  Flup, who is really Lise, makes a comic that takes place IN RuneScape but is not ABOUT RuneScape.  It’s called Cook’s Assistant.  Even if you’re not a RuneScape fan you should definitely go check it out.  Great stuff.

Alright.  Seeing as how I cannot creat new T&Z comics in the same style you all love an adore, we’re finding the boys with a case of déjà vu.  If you’re missing the reference, check back to episode #36.  If I can’t get things rolling with my lappy soon, we’ll be swapping over to a hand-drawn version of the comic for a while.

This is lame.  As most of youse guys know, I’ve been complaining about my lappy rejecting PhotoImpact since my last Windows update.  I’m betting that Nova Development pissed off someone over at Microsoft and they decided “We’re no longer going to let your program work.”  Not only does it no longer work, but I can’t even reinstall it because of of Microsoft’s stupid Data Execution Prevention (DEP).  It’s basically telling my lappy that the program may be a virus of some sort and won’t allow it to install.  It has a function that allows me to give certain applications to run regardless of the DEP protocols, but, again, it won’t run PhotoImpact.  ::sigh::

If you’re unfamiliar with his work you should look into his stand up comedy. You can find it all over YouTube. Just look for his name. Some of his funnier (albeit smaller) roles were actually in the Kevin Smith films Dogma and Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back.

So the boys just found out that Mr. Carlin has died. Again, priorities skewed, a decision has been made. Well, by Zed. And rarely has a decision been made by Zed that Ted didn’t follow kicking and screaming. But Zed has it in his half-decayed mind that he needs to get to California and he needs to get there fast!

Well just take my word for it! I’ve got a new secret weapon in my arsenal! The only problem may be with my internet connection. It’s been on the fritz lately, so that may push things back to VERY late in the night, but they should still be coming 3 days a week. Just keep checking back. I’m sure you’ll be pleasently surprised! Unless, of course, you already believe me. Then you’ll be like, well, he said he was updating! Hope he doesn’t want a cookie…
